We are living an era of technological transformation that is affecting the traditional way of doing business, and the financial industry is not an exception.
Behind the transformation of the financial industry and the banks as we know them is the Fintech Revolution, which as all revolutions will bring glory for some and oblivion for others. In order to get through the impact of the Fintechs and to ride the wave towards the success, the banks should be eager to embrace the transformation and change themselves, originating a different way of banking with new processes and mind-set.

Maurice is a Head of Multichannel Office at Intesa Sanpaolo.
Maurice works at the crossroads of Intesa Sanpaolo foreign banks where business strategy, technology, consumer marketing and service design get together and he deals with defining the entire Banking Digital strategy and coordinating the implementation of multichannel projects across the International Subsidiary network of 10 countries. He collaborates with different Banking Innovation communities within European area.
