There are no doubts that agile methodologies are the future of software development. In addition to the Manifesto for Agile Software Development, the author will int oduce SCRUM framework that facilitates the implementation of agile approaches. On a session you can see how to start agile transition, what are the necessary steps and possible pitfalls. Whether, and to what extent, the application of agile methodologies leads to higher performance IT projects.

Jovan Stevanovic, author
Jovan Stevanovic graduated in 2007 from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade. From 2007 to 2012 he was employed at the company Breza Software Engineering. Since 2012 employed in the IN2 Belgrade. He was hired by Oracle as a lecturer official Java and ADF courses.
He has made a series of professional certification for Oracle, Java, SCRUM.
