With agile development and continuos integration, having multiple test, integration and production servers it is important to define a process to sync the database with the application. There are many commercial and open source solutions but Flyway has proven to be a lightweight solution, greatly simplifying our database migration process.

Marko Jurišić works for Infonova in Vienna office as Senior System Engineer / Senior Software Developer. Over 10 years of experience in more than 10 technology stacks and experience from various domains (multimedia, education, telecommunications, transport). PhD Student at Faculty for organization and informatics in Varazdin. Currently working on new solutions for Austrian National Railways (ÖBB).
