28 years have passed since the publish of Scrum framework. Many people have tried and succeeded with it, discovering certain things that today thankfully are crystal clear. Teamwork, or how it looks like in Scrum is one of the main ones. In this talk you will dive deep into the main building blocks of a successfull Scrum teamwork. You will find out what preconditions must exist for it to start growing, and how the environment must support it in order for it to live successfully and produce great results.
