Vaadin framework for a long time allows developers to write web application UI in pure Java without using JS, HTML, and CSS. The evolution of mobile phones, whose web browsers supports features equivalent to their desktop counterparts (only with smaller screens), caused that today a web application is expected to work properly both on desktop and mobile device. Through this lecture, we'll find if it's possible to use Vaadin and pure Java development to build modern mobile web application.
