TICKET PRICES:

• Regular ticket price = 2500,00 HRK (331,81€) + VAT.

• Regular ticket price for the HUJAK or HrOUG members = 2250,00 HRK (298,63€).

• One-day ticket = 1800.00 HRK (238,90€) + VAT.

• Ticket for an accompanying person = 1200.00 HRK (159,27€) + VAT

EARLY BIRD PRICES = -10%

DISCOUNTS:

• Members of HUJAK and HrOUG (Legal Entities) are entitled to one free ticket
• HUJAK members on HrOUG are entitled to a 10% discount on all tickets except the ticket for the accompanying person
• All companies that pay 7 tickets, get the 8th ticket for free. The number of paid tickets does not include a ticket that is free of charge based on the paid membership fee.

ACCOMMODATION:

Room booking is possible thru conference registration process.

Conference prices in the hotel Island Hotel Istra (****):

SINGLE ROOM = 745.00 HRK (98,88€) per person per day + tourist tax 
DOUBLE ROOM = 595,00 kn (78,97€) per person per day + tourist tax. Must be two persons in the room :-)).

CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION / CHANGE OF PARTICIPANTS:

• If participation is canceled by 30.9. the organizer will refund you 50% of the amount paid for tickets
• If participation is canceled after 1.10. the organizer does not return the payment.
• Change of participants (so that the new participant has all the necessary accreditations) is possible until 5.10.2021.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Answers to frequently asked questions:

1. Stage use of a conference ticket is not allowed. Stage use of a ticket is considered when one ticket is used by several participants, one day of the conference each.

2. We are warned by the hotel that they will not tolerate more people staying in the rooms than the number of people for whom the room is reserved. If this is noticed, participants will be asked to either pay the difference or leave the hotel.

3. The accompanying person is not a friend from the company who comes with you to the conference, but the accompanying person represents your spouse or girlfriend / girlfriend / boyfriend, who comes to the conference, but will not go to lectures, but will join you during meals and evening parties.
